Progression Thread

My first post here;
Are you going to upgrade to th10 soon?

I think i might press the upgrade button once my heroes reach 25/25 cz my walls will be maxed by then and i will not be able to use the resources gold/elixir.

Here's my progress

WALLS
Lv10 walls: 180
Lv9 walls: 70

HEROES
AQ will go to lv24 in 5days
Bk is going to lv23 in 15 hours , and will put him down to lv24 tomorrow.

Defences and other buildings:
All other bulidings including barracks are maxed except xbows at lv2 (don't have any plan on upgrading them to lv3.

Lab:
Almost Everything maxed except
Drag at lv1
Minnion at lv1
Peeka lv2
Goblins lv4
Lighting lv4
Earthquake lv1

Currently upgrading barb to max lv, will be done in 6ds.

After that I will be adding at least 4 levels to minnions and then press the TH upgrade button or i might stay and wait for 30/30 heroes, lv up peeka, gobs, lightning and won't care for the gold/elixir being lost.

I am pondering as currently i cant farm enough DE. I am generally going at a rate of 20-25k de a day during weekdays. During weekends is a bit lower so i cant keep both heroes down at the same time. Currently at 75k de with another 40 to go. BK 23 will be up in 24 days too.

Lots of walls for me too. Once i have no gold left to spend and royals are above 25 each and not much left in lab too then i will move. I am hoping that all this will line up perfectly for me to move to Th10. Ideally i want the royals to be closer to 30 if can.

Gobs will finish in couple of hours so i think high time i start doing goblin knife.

I would still hold of going to TH10 as currently enjoying TH9 war and also still lots of spells and eli troops remaining. Going to hold off till another 2 months. Also will see what major update will come on COC and hopefully till that time the royals are over 25 levels each.

What are your farming troops and trophy level Jawad for farming DE?

Update time.
Progress has been going well - in fact, I've finally started on defensive buildings!
Lab: valks to lvl 4, 4 days remaining.
Walls:
- x55 level 9
- x195 lvl 8
Builders:
- Barbarian king to lvl 11 (~30 minutes from time of posting this)
- Archer tower (1 day)
- Archer tower (3 days)
- Archer tower (5 days)
- Last builder being kept idle for walls

Once my king gets to lvl 11, I'll probably put him down for lvl 12 - that or queen for lvl 11. Been some pretty good progress. I'm probably gonna drop xbows soon. As for the lab, I have a lot of options - I'm thinking hogs, hounds, and haste spell.

I use giant wiz and healers combo (no heroes) and i average about 300k elexir/gold & 2.5-2.7k De per attack.
I do 12-14 attacks every day.

This is how I put both heroes down:

On Thursday night I put AQ down &
On Saturday night I put BK down.
From sunday till thursday night I make about 145-160 k that is 26-30k de per day. Then put AQ down.
That way i still have 20-30k extra left.

And from Friday till Saturday night I average about 35-40k de per day that's 17-19 attacks per day. And put bk down afterward.

Till now I was going that way and after heroes goes fast 25lv I might Struggle to put both heroes down.

My barbs are max yesterday and since yesterday I use Gibarch and really enjoying it. I average about 1.8k de, 150k gold/elixir per attack which is good as i don't need gold/exlir.

Gobs knife may be equally entertaining enjoy!!!! I can't go gobs knife tho, my gobs are still lv4 lol

Waiting for the major update, want to enjoy the update and the new gibarch strat and maybe gobs knife at th9.
Going to stay 1 more month at th9.

Update progress:
Lab: barbs are maxed , give peeka to 3 yesterday.
Heroes: Saved 150k de and will put AQ to lv25 in about 2 hours.
Walls: added 10 more lv10 walls in 5Ds, 60 left to go.

I stay at crystals iii, 1900-2050 trophies range.

I am getting ever closer to finishing TH9:

Lab - 2days left of EQ, then just Valks 4 and Witch 2 to do.
Walls: 98 left
BK: 20 at the moment
AQ: 26 > 27 at the moment.
Sitting in Champions 1 with 4040 cups

Planning to hit Titans, Push the Queen to 30 then go up if i've done all my walls. I rarely use the BK as an offensive weapon so plan is to hit TH10 with 30 AQ and then work on the King.

@jawad, thanks for the reply mate. I almost do the same. Giants and healers with wiz and archers. Healers will go to AQ when she is up and if not then on giants. I used to farm DE at that rate too when the royals were lower but just lately i havent been able to farm that much DE. Part is also because i am not playing as much as before but i still do get it around 12 attacks a day.

Just started knifing and not that good but learning the tricks and getting there. However gobs at 6 are amazing. I have read it here and on reddit how gobs 6 are suckers for resources and i have to admit that. Though i dont regret not doing gobs earlier but admit its quite fun. On my alt th9 which was just upgraded 2-3 weeks ago i will get gobs 6 at the earliest. They are at 5 there.

Finally put AQ down to 23 after waiting for more than a day as i wanted to use her in the clan war. BK 23 will be up in 2 hours and already have around 50k de. So hopefully i will put it down by monday or tuesday.

116 lv 10 wall and another 134 to go.

for lab doing lightning 6 and still 6 days to go. now only barbs 6, pekka 3, baby drag 2, poison 3, eq 3 and minions 4,5 left.

Will do barbs or baby drag next and once this 2 done then will do minions to 5 then dark spell and last but not the least pekka while upgrading to th10.

I reckon i should have royals around 27-28 by the time i hit TH10 and would be fine i guess.

Currently hovering at crystal 2 due to lots of trophies lost for gob raid. Will be up to crystal or masters with upcoming lava event so would be fun to use to laloonian again for farming.

Nice going there Ally. Almost similar as you but with an exception of doing Royals simultaneously. BK is a really a good offensive troop and you should give it a go and keep upgrading as and when you have enough DE even at the expense of missing AQ for a lv or two. They are quite tanky from 20+ onwards and i would highly suggest upgrading BK as and when you can.

Update time! I've made a lot of progress.
Valks are now lvl 4, and they are super strong. Currently haste is going to 2 with about 5 days left.
King has been upgraded to lvl 12, only a little more dark needed for lvl 13.
All air defenses and teslas are TH9 max, so I've started on archer towers. I have 3 done upgrading with 3 more on the way.
Supercell was kind enough to provide a new set of collectors at TH9, so I've gotten the gold mine to lvl 8 and the elixir pump to lvl 7 so far.
Walls:
68 legos
182 skulls
Builders:
3 archer towers upgrading to lvl 11
Elixir collector going to lvl 8

Are you guys enjoying the builder base? I'm finding it distracts me a little too much from the main village, lol.

Thanks for keeping the post alive. :) I am not playing the game as much as I used to do, however, the new base has pulled me right in and I am spending sometime on it, not a lot still.

Updates as follows:
King is at lvl 12 now, and Queen is going to lvl 11. 4d 20h remaining. Lab is free.

One builder is on my mortar, my second one. Taking it to lvl 7 which is maximum at th9. 1d 7h remaining.

The new collectors have been put in place and I constantly have 2 builders on them. Gold mine is going to lvl 10 in 2d. Elixir collector will reach lvl 9 in 1d.

Pushing for double cannon in builder base, want to upgrade a cannon to double cannon in main base, hope it happens soon.

Good news is that I've Lava hounds, yet to use them, but opened them yesterday. Have started upgrade to my barracks, lvl 11, and should have baby dragons in 8d.

Lab is free, barcher still remaining. So are Goblins, healer and pekka. Minion, witch and lava hounds remaining, and spells as well.

Last tesla has reached lvl 4, other were maxed already. New wizard tower is at lvl 6, and new archer tower is at lvl 10.

So, most of the new stuff have been placed and maxed. :) A little more push, and I'd be done. What's left are some troops, walls and royals. I am known to rush to next base when I start finding base as a drill, let's hope I'd stick around and max this time.

X bows are still at lvl 1 each, and 2 ads are at lvl 6. 2 mortars left as well. A lot of barracks left. Haven't maxed them.

This happens rarely, but all my builders are busy right now.

@Nameless, I'd be trying lava loons soon, hope I would be able to make it work. Thanks for keeping the thread alive. :)
