please donate from armycamps first

donating from the camps first opens the possibility of rebalancing the army by just donating the unneeded troops. the replacement would be the first troops in the training cue.
but as it is now, donations are taken from the training cue first. so if i have lets say 15 baby drags in the camps and some more waiting somewhere in the cue, but i only need 14 of them, i'd have to delete all prebuilt baby drags from the cue before donating and rebuild them thereafter.
not a big thing but annoying sometimes.
i don't see any downside of this little change.

I definitely prefer the way it is now, with donations coming from my que, not from my camps.

Donating from camps will be a massive problem. For example I am using barchers but someone needs a dragon or whatever. So now I cook a dragon but how do i donate it? Do i have to remove my existing barchers to make space? Also for example I cooked a dragon but someone else donated him the troop so what am I going to do with the dragon sitting in my camp? When u put forward your idea did u think about these points?

the current System is perfect

Please don't donate from Army Camps first.

They should implement hatchlhoff's idea of being able to freely move fully cooked troops back and forth from barracks and army camps. that will solve alot of problems

Big fan of donating from the que, less chance of screwing up an army comp imo.

Donate from camps first, not only. If you did not have troop for donating in main army it would then be donated from reserves. You would not need to get it to main army to donate.
I understand why OP wants it this way. We can only "waste" unwanted troops to get rid of them from main army. Being able to move troops from main to reserve would be a better fix.

No. It is not perfect. There are many things with the new training that need fixed. This being one of them.
