Just wondering cos these walls are getting tedious, should I just upgrade now? Everything in my research lab is done apart from my minions which are upgrading now and I just have a few walls to do and I still need to put the bomb tower down, but apart from the bomb tower should I just upgrade now?
EDIT: I have 54 level 7 walls left
If you have to ask the answer is no
When you say "few" walls are you meaning less then 10? If you can get your walls done and the bomb tower started in the time the th will take then I say yes. Be sure to fill your storages as full as possible to get a jump on upgrades.
Push the button when you are comfortable. Max walls help with the wall grind at town hall nine. You have three million per piece to contend with soon.

The forum overrates a lot of things, many of them could be achieved earlier if you go to th9 and th10 early
I don't disagree with this at all with the caveat that your an experienced player. I'm doing it with 2 minis right now. I've seen too many players that have rushed for the wrong reasons and can barely stay afloat trying to play catch up. Also depends if you war or just farm.Quote:

Don't let walls hold you back. If your average DE win at TH9 is about 2k, you will probably find your average DE win at th10 about 3k.
No problems farming if you are in the right league for your play style. It sounds like you want to move up. I think that heroes over 20/20 will help and you probably have them way better already if you are only doing walls.
The only good reasons to stay TH9 that I can think of are:
-Permanent TH9 who will stay there forever
-Hardcore maxer who wants to feel the personal achievement of doing everything at each TH level
-Not very good at war and have decided to become better
-Mini account happy to stay at TH9
