leader opt in/outs/war bans

as a disciplinary and war management tool, i think a leader can opt in/out people (change their choice for them) and have the option to ban a member from wars for a set time (like a day to a week).
sometimes people lose their phones, and r opted in, and u dont want to kick them, or as a disciplinary tool against people that again, u dont want to kick, just "punish" for a short time. this is also good for when clan members are busy irl, and u dont want them opted in by mistake, even just to fill a space in war
a clan ban list can also be useful againt repeated offenders.

The leader can basically opt anyone in and out of wars.. have u ever been a leader? The leader chooses who wars.

You shouldn't be able to change their preference. Maybe implement something where you leave a note or comment on the player's profile telling them why they aren't in war.

Would be good to have a note/check box for leadership to manage who they want in or out of roster. Can sometimes get confusing and time consuming especially if you like to restart the war search periodically.
