Well. You can't see his buildings and you don't get exp from wall upgrades so I assume he's gemmed his th9 and not done much else, hence he's been flattened
You don't get exp for upgrading walls. And most of the buildings are destroyed, so we don't really know how strong he was.

trust me when I say everything in his base is maxed out...the walls, archer towers, wizards, and etc...So again, how is this possible
well, I see level 8 mines, a level 8 cannon, and a level 7 archer tower, so far from maxed out. He probably just doesn't have exp from donating, attacking, or completing achievements.Quote:

He was probably one of those who gained lots of levels by gemming the stuff, then the maintenance came and reduced his level, but made it too low.
I have level 7 Archer Towers, level 7 cannons, level 3 mortars, and etc, donate a min of 30 troops a week and knocking on the door of level 45...his level and upgrades are inconsistent...
