Give the clan co leaders a chance to flag a leader as inactive. After a few weeks or even a full season, if the user does not log in, automatically boot him for the clan.
Reasoning: we have a maxed out clan but the leader has basically quit. Now we have 15 co leaders out of 30 members. As a co myself, we cannot demote/discipline other cos that is not attacking (per clan rules) or acting up/insulting others. No one wants to restart a clan since it takes so long to get back up to clan level 11.
you better contact the support for this, they're probably able to throw your leader out.
Sorry, but I think nothing can be done about that... what you can do, if you have enough influence, is convincing other members to isolate the offending co-leader, like not donating him troops and not talking to him until he leaves the clan.
Talking about the feature you suggested, I think the leader has every right to stay inactive as long as he wants... when he comes back, the clan should be still there. The only way to prevent this is being a leader yourself... Therefore, I do not agree this feature of marking the leader as inactive should ever be implemented. Just my opinion on this.

That is your player tag Vare, not your clan tag. I would recommend you look for a new LVL10+ clan that can take your best active players. My clan has room for 11 more if you are interested. We require TH9+, LVL20 K&Q minimum. We war 24/7 and are extremely active. Check us out. I also sent you a friend request in game.Quote:

I see this as a major problem, especially if you have been there from day one or close but, the clan is still the leaders clan!
If there is a co that you dont want in war, then just be quick to start a war without him or keep cancelling if he starts war.. im sure he will get sick eventually.
Even if he decides to sabotage a war by giving enemy clan details then he has to leave the clan. Even if your clan is on its best win streak, im sure it would be a small price to pay to get your wish :)

Sorry about that, I copied the wrong tag. I'd love to contribute in your clan Kermit, but I've been relatively casual as of late and fear it wouldn't be good for your clan.
I'd just hate to see a clan get built up, just to watch it end like that.
A way to flag an inactive leader is a good idea. The only way a person could hijack a clan in this way is if they were made a coleader, and then the flagged leader was inactive for a substantial amount of time.
A clan needs a leader, and starting a new one isn't the same option it was before perks came about.
