TH10s and Merger

So, I have been looking to add more TH10s to my clan roster for a while now, and recruiting off of both forums and global has not made any progress at all on a one by one basis. So ai have been entertaining the idea of setting up a merger in order to gain these TH10s. Now, let me be clear, my clan is run like a democracy between my fellow Co Leaders, and I have not told them anything, so for all I know, this could fall through easily.

Our clan has been doing 25/30 man wars with perhaps 10 people sitting while upgrading heroes at any given time, so there isn't an excess of room. However, there are quite a few people I would consider 'undesireable' and personally wouldn't mind forgetting about them if it means something better for us.

Now that that has been said, Our War record is great with only a few losses on log and high number of wins vs losses. We would (like everyone) highly prefer that the clan we merge with come to us unless they have a stronger war record and/or a reputation (as in Friendly War community).

We already have 9 TH10s in our clan, although only 2 of them are developed enough to have Infernos, and consist for the most oart of Th9s and only a few th8s. For a Merge to be worth while, We would be looking to take in Th9s of any level and several TH10s that have not been rushed and have infernos built (Having balanced offense to defense). We consider ourselves a serious war clan, and expect that the clan we merge with would be similar.

I know that almost everyone coming into this thread will be looking for us to merge into yuor clan rather than vice versa, so ai will warn that it would take a considerable lot to convince the clan leaders and myself to move camp. BUT a good way to convince us would be: Having Multiple Th10+ in your clan, using LINE chat and/or Clash Caller (easiest not to switch from what we are used to, but not a deal breaker), Having regular arrainged/Friendly Wars, a great War Record/Log, and experienced attackers that are better than many of us (speaking more at the th10 level).

Remember that this is just a thread really to see if there are any clans that are willing to do this merger with us. There is no 100% certainty in a merger gonig thruogh, but I promise you that the more attracitve your clan, the better it will look for us.
