This clan is specifically for level 60+, those who can't join Legacy (th9 lvl100+) will have a chance to join Legacy 2.0. As soon as they turn level 100, they can send a request to join and somebody will glady accept it. Legacy 2.0 gives people the chance to have good troops in their clan castle, and the ability to win extra war loot. If you have any questions let me know.
