Make Giant Bombs and Bombs explode immediately upon triggering

Like, the moment these are triggered, they explode immediately, rendering goblins and raged units unable to outrun them.

Thoughts?

Sounds like a good idea to me. I am always annoyed when troops outrun my bombs before they detonate.

It would really make Giant Bombs worth the investment if this was the case.

Yes but you would easily be able to just drop one and it would go off and then you could deploy the rest. Although yes i agree with some of your points, the way it detonates now allows all the slow powerful troops to be caught by it

i dont think immediatly but the bomb is slow to blow up. they should just make it blow up faster?

Its a good and bad idea, because if it explodes immediately, the opponents troops wont be able to group up, it would just kill those that trigger the giant bomb.

We can always increase the explosion radius also. Either way, the Giant Bomb right now is still a skeptical investment.

but then you also have to think, with the 1 second delay, it allows for more troops to get closer to the bomb, so its actually better for the delay

Giant bombs are best used next to high hit point building( typically a storage for gold/elixer) and with the delay, it allows more troops to condense around it, causing more deaths than if it were to explode immediately.

I think a .5 or 1 second delay would be perfect. Gives troops enough time to walk into the trap, and even goblins can't outrun it.

Yea supercell really misrepresents the 'giant bombs'. If the regular bomb only detonates a 1x1 square then the giant bomb should detonate like a 5x5 square not a 3x3...making the radius and giant bomb completely worth it
