Flexible Laboratory upgrades

Laboratory upgrades take a lot of time, and only 1 upgrade at a time is possible.

TH8 has over 3, 4 months worth of upgrades.

Idea 1 - Second laboratory building

A second lab could allow for 2 simultaneous upgrades to run.

Idea 2 - Simultaneous lab upgrades

Simultaneous upgrades in 1 lab building can be allowed, for example up to 3, which could be unlocked, but if you have the resources, you should be able to start more than one upgrade.

Idea 3 - Decrease upgrades time

Currently, I have upgraded all my walls and buildings in TH8 and I have 30 days worth of upgrades. I would prefer to be able to finish lab upgrades before upgrading to TH9. While decreasing upgrade times by a day or 2 can help, I would prefer the option of having multiple simultaneous lab upgrades.
