New building - Convertible Factory

we all know that dark elixir is hard to get and to collect
and more dark troops are there and the research for them plus the king and the queen levels !
all that make the need for dark elixir more !
this is a suggestion for a new building " Convertible Factory " or any other suitable name
what does it do?
It takes a limited amount of elixir per a day to convert it to dark elixir !
eg. 100 elixir = 1 dark elixir
and with upgrades you can do more and of course it's only upgraded with dark elixir so it's not easy to get but it's a new way
the whole idea needs improvements but it's a beginning ! What do you all think ?
