Players will can get passive abilities to improve your game style. Some of this abilities will gained be going up in leagues, make they more attractive for all players. I'll suggest some improvements in Master League and above.
Obsevation:
I'll resume the system and after will explain the changes in push in this post. The system can work very well alone, but the changes in push requires the system.
In a second post i'll post more details of abilities. I'll put some important abilites here and reserve the second post to get abilites from another players.

In the player page we can see all abilities under the troops icons that player have and the levels of abilities. In this page, we have a button in the right side of the "On/Off War Button" to see the details of abilities(this page is similar to clan ability page).
Every player will start some basic abilities and will improve them going up in leagues and researching in a new building. Exist three types of abilities:
- Basics: You start with it and level up going up in leagues. The process is authomatic, on reach a new league, the level of a certain ability is increased, but, you can loose levels if you drop the league.
- Commom: this abilities need be learned by a new building called "Libraryš". You need resources, time and player level to unlock and learn this abilities.
- Special: you could gain abilities of this type by various ways. The most common ways is by events and from shop by gems.
Basic AbilitiesReach in a new league to gain a new ability or improve one just learned. Beware: you can decrease or loose this abilities dropping in league. (noteš: some abilities are just exist in the game, i'm putting here because i'll improve then later. note˛: every league gain a level in "League Bonus" and "Star Bonus", it is just the bonus of each league)

A cart with 40% of resources stolen. Pick up to recovery it.With this buffs, everyone will try get high leagues :)A new building called Library will be unlocked at TH6. In this building you can see about each ability unlocked for your TH and learn all of then! But you have a limit to use simultaneously determined by your Player Level - you can use one ability for each 8 levels. For example, you have 5 abilities unlocked at TH6, you learn the all 5 abilities but your player level is 36, you only can use 4 abilities. You need choose 4 of the 5 abilities in the building. You can swap between abilities every time you want, but have 24 hours to have effect(avoid abuses).
Commom Abilities

I'll reserve the seconds post for ideas to commom abilities. Suggest abilities like: "Compact Army - Reduce the cost of tier I troops".
About the building, we can change for the Laboratory, but we could be upgrade troops/spells and abilities separated.
Special Abilities
In an event, every player get the ability of that event. For example: Halloween Event - Reduce cost of Wall Breakers, Balloons and Witches .
Supercel could sell extra abilities too like: Extra Army Lv2 - You can train a thirdy army in background. This abilities don't need be learned but acquired by specific ways. I'll reserve the second post for ideas to special abilities too.
The Push Improvement
I think that he push needs to be wanted by all players, like in CR. In most time of game, is better to stay in low leagues to farm, trophies are useless for many people. I want to improve push to make all players try to get trophies, crying by loosing trophies in Crystal League for example. Loose an attack need to be sad and not indifferent. Even we can get more resources in high leagues, don't pays off the work to climb. I can easily take 300k gold/elixir(and 2k dark some times) with 40xBarbarians and 40xArchers founding abbandoned villages. To pays off, the high league(Master and above) need increase the speed of the game. How more higher you in, more faster you get up in the game. With the buffs what I suggest about reduce time of constructions and reduced price of walls, a player can try up leagues to upgrade your village more faster.
Beyond the abilities listed before to make push more attractive, increase the bonus leagues in Master and above. In that leagues you need think about win your opponent, you cant have time to search resources, when, increase the league bonus or make an extra way to get resources. You need search a base to destroy and not to farm. In that leagues, players are much active, probably finishing heroes or walls, consuming all resource. With a high bonus league, you attack to win and get resources as a bonus.
Real Battle 1v1(or Duel)You need attack an opponent and need get attacked by the same opponent to be more "real". You really need make an attack more stronger than your opponent to won the battle.
On attacking an opponent, you only can get a maximum of 15 trophys in 3stars. In the next 48 hours, this opponent will can revenge you even with shield, village guard or ONLINE!
If your opponent do an better attack than you, he win the Battle, taking back the trophies that you stole and more trophies based on how star he get on you.
Example:
- Player Red and Player Blue have 4000 trophies each.
- Player Red attacks Player Blue and get 2stars with 56% destruction.
- Red gain 10 trophies up to 4010.
- Blue loose 10 trophies drop to 3090.
- Player Blue revenge, attacking Player Red and get 2stars with 60% destruction.
- Blue gain 10 trophies up to 4000.
- Red loose 10 trophies drop to 4000.
- Attack of Blue is better than Red, when, Blue is the winner of battle recoveryng the 10 trophies from Red.
- Blue gain more 10 trophies up to 4010.
- Red loose more 10 trophies drop to 3090.
Special Rule
You can't jump villages[optional]
Without crying! In Clash Royale you cannot jump to an easier opponent! On here not too! If you jump, as considered 0star attack, you loose trophies(but cannot be revenged). Quitting without attack is considered to 0star attack too.
You can't spy villages
I like planned attacks like in the war but the push have the "unknown base/army". You have a army and don't know what layout you will found. When, is important to keep the battle fair, the players can't see the base of others. Even in revenge, you can see the profile of player, but not your base. All players above Master III have their bases "hidden" from anyone. If you will do a revenge, on clicking the button, you will go to the base of your opponent and will need to attack, if you try back, it will be considered a 0star attack!
