Clan Bank

I'm not going to lie, you guys bring up some valid points. However, how often are your storages completely maxed out? Even if you are the leader of your own clan with your own alts, I personally would rather be in a clan with great donators than just feeding my lower level selves resources. If you are gemming to max out your resources so you can raid for your alts, Supercell is still really happy. Yes, I am sure people would be more selective of the clan they are in if it was up to leader and/or elders to make that decision. All elder clans would not exist (I think they are pointless anyway, but that's just me). It was just a suggestion and maybe you have to max out your TH storages before you get to donate excess to clan bank. Or they cap how much each member can get from the bank or cap the amount of resources in the bank to keep a good economy. There are many ways different situations can be handled. It is still an idea I would like to see happen.
