We need a ban list in the clan. Now with the SC's new ban on clan wars its very difficult to track and record each member in clan. There are lots coming in and going out.
So if SC provides a ban list for each clan it will be very useful to leaders to track and manage players. Those in ban list should not be able to request in the clan.
I think you are worrying a bit to much about this. If SC find a player using 3rd party apps then they are permanently banned, so you won't need to worry about them.
If a member of your clan is bringing in "burner" accounts then they will be easy to spot as they will usually be around th3.
Either way is to just not take new members into war that you don't know, let them be in for a week or so.
You can always keep a ban list for your clan, a lot of clans do that. When someone requests in, you quick check the list and allow or reject the joiner accordingly. A google doc shared between management usually works nicely.
I think however you are overreacting. It's very easy for leadership to control who comes in and out and the smaller the accounts are that request in the more caution you deploy. Simples, really.

a player who is banned is automatically kicked from a clan, he cannot log in his account any more, thus cannot join any clan
don't let in your clan people from global or low accounts, once you see low account spawn in your clan from nowhere, know that one of your members invites it, kick it and investigate who is doing it.
a good attentive leader knows his team.
if you have in your clan a member who has low second account, never hits fresh target, always 3 stars scouted targets, it may be a sign that he is modding. keep watching him, make him hit fresh bases, and after all ask him directly if you have a doubt.
You need to get ClashTrack, it has a way to record ex members, or create a ban list if you want.
Google docs works great. Also, have a clan chat and ask to see ban lists from coleaders and leaders.Quote:

Most clans I've been in keep their own blacklist shared with the leadership group.
Maintaining your own is more useful for conditional ban cases (eg. banned until levels up troops, welcome back if apologises to joe, on 2nd strike for wrong donating etc).
For a ban list system to auto-block requests, I'm guessing it would need to sit on the SC side. I suspect they wouldnt want to maintain and check against an open endedly long ban list for every single clan in existence. For long-running clans the lists can get pretty lengthy.
I'm not arguing that it wouldn't be useful but I think the homespun solution is better and pretty easy.
I don't get it. If they are banned for cheating they can't play the game anymore. How are they going to end up in your clan? If they start a new account with a new name and player id, how would they be on a banned list?
I thought OP was referring to people banned/kicked from clan but after re-reading, I think you are right - is referring to banned from game.Quote:

If SC bans you for 3rd party apps then you're automatically kicked from the clan too. What's the problem?
This was a need well before the introduction of war ban. As many said its useful to track on players. But i just raised this issue now.
To use apps like clash track and google docs is not practical in all cases. If an in game feature is given it will be more useful.

Um, clan management. If your turnover is high, clan stability is low. If you need a ban tracker, your clan is not stable. Should i get more specific?
It's very easy to detect....
I find it works to Put the player name followed by # and reason for ban on a google doc. Refer to as needed
I still don't get it. Would someone please explain why we need a list of players permanently banned from the game by SC? That's what the OP,asked for, a list from SC of banned players.
This is something people can do on their own. I'd rather not waste developer time on such a niche feature.
It's not needed. People are overreacting to the upcoming 14 day war bans without taking 10 seconds to think about it.
