We are Clashers School (#2LYCC8J2)

Who we are: We are a level 9 War Clan. Our leadership is USA based, our clan is international. We declare war Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 7 and 9pm EST USA.

Our leadership: We have 8 clan members who have been together for about 18 months, on average. We meet as a leadership group weekly to discuss promotions, war, and clan issues. We are a very tight group of leadership with 6 TH11's and 2 TH9's. Among our leadership, we have 1 Legend Leaguer (myself), and 2-3 Titans. Average war stars for leadership is 475-850.

Our elders: Have proven themselves capable of getting 2-3 stars per attack in almost all attacks. They are active and contribute troops regularly. Elder is given based on leadership vote based on war participation and success, as well as general activity on clan chat as well as solid donations. We use LINE chat for elders to communicate and coordinate.

How we war: After declaring war, leadership will fill war cc's with max troops. We take care of it. Leadership will send Clan Mail to determine 1st targets. How we choose depends on the opponent. We use mirror, +1, +2, inversion, and also integrate specific strengths of known clan mates to help sift through appropriate 1st round targets. 2nd attacks are cleaning low to high, usually with the OK of a leadership member. To be war-worthy, you need to be properly vetted. Specific criteria listed below for each TH level. Once you're vetted through friendly attacks on our war bases, you'll proceed to being 'war ready'.

Our War record: Our clan war record is .500, to be honest. We have changed how we operate over the last 20 wars and have since been 13-7.

Who we want:
TH11: Heroes 30/30/10 with valks 5, bowlers 2, miners 3 to be war eligible. You will need to show mastery over Queen Walk and funneling to core with valks and bowlers and properly use hogs, miners for swiping. Air attacks welcome but not required. You will need to show ability to consistently 2-star TH11's in war and usually 3-star TH10's in war.

TH10: Heroes 25/25 with valks 4, bowlers 2, miners 2 to be war eligible. You will need to show mastery over Queen Walk and funneling to core with valks and bowlers. You will also need to show ability to easily clean advanced TH9's in war.

Our identity: We are mostly adults with a few mature teens. We are mostly USA with some UK, middle east, Asian and honest to goodness reliable Indians. We are adults with jobs, some with families. We are students in college looking for a diversion and a hobby. We are a fun crowd who knows how to joke around and have fun. We are committed to growing stronger, while keeping clash in perspective in our overall lives. Life happens, we get it. We keep our clan chat clean (mostly) from profanity.
