Level 11 War Clan Looking for Loyal Players

In doing so I hope it's safe to assume that you're looking for a war clan.
If so, GREAT! I hope we're what you're looking for!

Our name is QUIET STORM or QS for short.
We are currently a level 11 clan looking for new recruits.

Our Leader's IGN is JUNKYARD DAWG, But we all just call him Tom.
I am one of his few COs. My IGN is Taylor.Rene, you can call me Taylor, Tay, or Vaff (Short for Vaffle_Princess)
As long as you fit our requirements we'd love to have you join our family!

So let me tell you a little more about us. We are rebuilding our clan after a falling out, or better put, leadership falling into the wrong hands. We had many good players leave after this Leader acted in a disrespectful manner. Now that he's, we are looking to move forward.
In doing so, I must say first and foremost that we are a respectful adult clan and will do everything to keep it that way.

As far as what we're looking for, I'll do my best to be as specific as I can.
We are a US based clan looking for US based players. The time difference in other countries tends to make it hard for those players to get their attacks in within the required amount of time, which for the first attack is 12 hours.
We don't accept rushed players it does us no good. We ask that you will be open to constructive criticism so that we may all continue to grow, together.
We need active players who aren't afraid to communicate within the clan.
As of now, we have a donation ratio of 1:2. And I think this goes without saying but I'll say it anyways; promotions are earned by loyalty and by proving yourself to be a valuable asset to our clan. Thank you for your understanding.
