So what would be the requirement to get the 4th and 5th star ?
Star system could stay the same for 1 star and 2 star attacks.
3 star can be 75% + TH
4 star can be 100% + TH
That could make TH10s and TH11 compete more for stars.
My TH8s can 2 star most TH9s right now with tesla nerf.
This would make reaching 1000 war stars a lot easier :p

seems 2stars and 90% is just as 'bad' as 2stars 52% for some. we already got the percentage tie breaker, imo 3/4/5 star system is not that relevant as OP suggests. that said, I wouldn't mind an overhaul of the star system, I just don't think it such a priority. the larger field and grossly increased number ofbuildings at Th 10 + 11 but still same attack time is much more of an issue imo.
