Holiday Obstacles: Is Moving Them A Good Idea?

What is great about clash is the ability to customize our bases however we want. The only thing we don't have control over is obstacle placement. I think most of us enjoy saving the holiday obstacles. They are like badges of dedication to the game and they usually look cool too. The problem with this is that when we don't get one on the out skirts it threatens our ability to customize our bases the way we want. Now we can no longer have any base we want without having to sacrifice our holiday gifts. I think there should be a way to move the holiday obstacles. Maybe after the season is over you get the privilege to move them. Or even paying gems to move them would be better than having to destroy them forever. I hope others feel the same as I do about this. It all comes down to giving us the ability to customize which makes this game awesome.

They only appear for a short amount of time so you can just make a base which forces the game to spawn those obstacles on the edge. At least that's what I do.
I'm a TH9 and I always switch to Crows while there's an event.

try the crows base during holiday season protects the dark and spawns objects on the edges. Works well for me. Been running it since mid TH9 and still works at 10 in lower leagues

I always create a base that i can control where the obstacles grow. Its not that hard, it just needs 5 mins in the base creation mode

a crow style base does not always work though and i can attest to that. i had a scary pumpkin that spawned on the inside of my base right in a 2x2 space between an army camp and archer tower. its not full proof but works most of the time.

To force holiday obstacles to appear at the edges of the village, you have to cover the base in this way:

As you can see, with that kind of base, obstacles are forced to appear at the edges of the village.

I think this is a good idea. I actually made a post about it yesterday. I'm a townhall level 6 though, so I dont know if I could make a base that forces obstacles to spawn on the outside. I dont think you should have to comprimise your bases integrity just to be able to have what you want where you want. I believe you should be able to move stuff with a price similar to the price of removing stuff.
