SC slow to respond to issues
We're on day 2 of this fiasco and still nothing to remedy the issue. This is unacceptable for a company of your stature! SC made over $2.3 billion in revenue and profited $964 million in the last year, you should have people working 24hours to resolve this mess. Day 3 is fast approaching with only vague messages from poor Nick, who has been bombarded over the last 24hrs with countless customer's complaints. And yes, we are customers! As long as we buy diamonds, SC owes us fast service, and we are not getting it! poor business practice, this is total ♥♥.
