hi everyone , for the last day since the new update im not getting any bonus items from my fields ...... is anyone else having this problem?
im not sure what to do now ....... i still get Xp from collecting the wheat
anyone got suggestions of what i could try?

How full is your barn? If the barn is full, I think crop drops stop....

Same issue. Items not dropping from feeding pets either. The barn isn't close to full. The past two days have really killed my interest in the game. There is no point in this derby. I don't have to collect animal feed. I don't get tools from harvest. And the newspaper is trash. I don't see a point in playing the game anymore. Is a fix on the way?

I am getting the bonus stuff from both animals and crops. But like the poster above, I don't have the helpers activated. It might be a problem associated with them.
I have both helpers activated, and I'm still getting bonus items when harvesting crops. But a friend who isnt high enough level yet to get them is not getting any bonus items when harvesting crops.
This has just started happening to me. I've had both helpers activated since the update and no problems.
I've been wheating for a few hours today and in the past hour I've stopped getting drops.
My barn is 300 spaces from being full, so that is not the reason.
I would like to say that I am not getting any bonus drops from wheating as well. No bonus drops from waking pets up and no bonus drops from collecting from animals. On my baby farm, I am able to get drops from wheating, but not from my main farm. I am using Android. My barn is not closed to full. I checked the hills where Rose lives, and there's no bonus drops there either. When she first started collecting items, there used to be some drops on the hills from Rose, but no more.
WHere is the mod or admin,who can answer our questions?
Same problem here! I've been wheating for couple hours and since abt 45mins ago, suddenly no bonus item drops.
I'm using android. barn is at half capacity. Level 28 so Ernest Rose not available. i have reinstalled the game twice. Cleared phone memory and restarted phone too.
Still not fixed ...
Since today I have this problem on my game as well, tested it 3 times with 2x carrots and 1x wheat, harvested about 60 fields each time and normally I would get 1 item when harvesting the 60 fields, now in 180 fields.... nothing at all :(

Please at least acknowledge this issues as it is a MAJOR problem.

I have the same problem...no bonus items since last update. Using Android and plenty of room in the barn. Have tried reinstalling game and no change. At level 30, so farm helpers not available. Have friends on android and ios and neither are having problems.
I haven't been wheating since the update, but I have noticed that I am not receiving drop items from rose collecting eggs. I agree it would be nice to hear from someone from SC on this but I'm sure all bug threads will be read before they fix the update issues.

I'm level 69. Hired both rose and ernie from the start. had no problems with item drops until about 15 hours ago.

Playing on android, heavy wheating since update since its a good time to do it, as its hard to find wheat with all the eggs in the paper.

After the lastest update,every thing is normal still now,about 2 hours,no bonus anymore when hartvest wheat or doing anything!!!

Have you made sure that there is space in your barn? Nothing will drop when you are harvesting if your barn is full.Quote:

If you're watching carefully, do you SEE the items fly up but then don't see them in barn, or is nothing even flying up?
Try a full force close (closing the app from running even in the background.) Then shut off and turn on your device. Often, a full closure of the app and reboot of device then rebooting the app clears out "debris" that causes oddball glitches.
If this does not help, you'll need to submit an in-game Support ticket by tapping on the cog icon. If you can, get before and after pics of your storage to show that it's not full yet there is no difference after you wheat an ample amount to earn an item drop. Also try to get pics (video if you have the ability) to show wheating in action so Support can see that you're not either not getting drops at all or that they're not going into your barn.

This is a forum where sometimes game problems can be solved by those who've already found a solution, but it is not game technical Support.
If you wish to contact them, first tap on the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of your game screen. Tap Settings. Tap Help and Support. Look through the listed topics and choose one that is closest to your particular situation. In your case, probably General Game Play. Tap Contact US (upper left corner) and submit a description of your issue and any screenshots you may have to help them see the problem.

There is only so much that can be done through this forum. As meonhoc says, posting your device, OS version, etc may help garner specifics that can aid in figuring out why some are affected and others not. However, only by reporting in-game can Support get vital information within your device, game version, game logs that may help them solve this issue. If you've not yet done so, please place an in-game report by tapping on the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of your gaming screen and then Help and Support.
This is ridiculous. This update was purely designed to generate revenue for supercell from diamond purchases for Rose/Ernest. The 'helpers' are totally buggy and you are forced to use them (mr. Wicker relentlessly asks you to use them until you do). There's no option to disable the 'helper' while it screws up your derby tasks.
And now, no bonus drops for harvesting (the primary way to collect tools and grow your farm). Is this to also try to force us to spend diamonds for the 'lumber jack' offer? Why does this update seem to be solely a greedy money grab by supercell that has had mostly negative effects on the game??
No, this is an unexpected glitch. Only some users are affected. I'm still getting my drops and never had any disruption, which is the same for most players.
Unfortunately, the helpers was a major change to the game and just like any major change, there will be unexpected and even seemingly unrelated bugs. This particular one may not have anything to do with any of the updates, major or minor. It could be a user error of something obscure so not noticeable, it could be a coincidental glitch that has nothing to do with any updates, it could be related to any number of things or related to none.
Yes, it's terribly frustrating to have all of these glitches. Everyone is frustrated but just as past updates, things will get fixed and things will get into a stable routine.
Also, to get "Mr Wicker" to stop bugging you (drove me nuts till I accidentally shut him off), tap on the house but DON'T tap on either Rose or Ernest when they pop up. Instead, tap the red X to close their screen without hiring them. Once you tap the house, they popup, and you close their hiring screen, the "!" on the house disappears and so does "Mr. Wicker".
So it seems like getting the two new helpers might fix the issue? I'm pretty close so I could just go for xp to level up and get them. Even if I don't want to use them.
I have the exact same problem. Some say it might be related to the two new helpers as it seems to only hit people who don't have access to them yet (regardless if higher level farms have actually used them). I'm close to level 33 and will try to get there and see if it makes any difference. If I remember, I'll come back here and post the result.
No. Clicking the Red X does not get rid of Mr. Wicker. And if you click Rose or Ernest you only get the option to "Ok. Lets give it a try." So yes, you are *forced* to use the 'helpers' or forever deal with Mr. Wicker harassing you to.Quote:

Sigh...so I'm now stuck with Run Amok Rose for the next 7 days. Was planning to try them out just for the sake of knowledge (since I have no use for either of them) but wanted to wait until more of their bugs were fixed first. Figured to start with Ernest since he's not a problem. Nope, stuck for 7 days with Run Amok Rose. Oh well. Who ever said experience was a breeze. :rolleyes:

Current status (see 2 prev. posts). Since the latest update (today) I've again stopped getting items from wheating. I've noticed a few other bugs I haven't seen before. The game seems pretty messed up atm :-(
I am also still not receiving items from harvesting, feeding pets, and collecting animal products. In game support staff appears to receive my requests for support (my message goes away) but they do not respond.Quote:
