No bonus Items From Wheating

If you're watching carefully, do you SEE the items fly up but then don't see them in barn, or is nothing even flying up?

Try a full force close (closing the app from running even in the background.) Then shut off and turn on your device. Often, a full closure of the app and reboot of device then rebooting the app clears out "debris" that causes oddball glitches.

If this does not help, you'll need to submit an in-game Support ticket by tapping on the cog icon. If you can, get before and after pics of your storage to show that it's not full yet there is no difference after you wheat an ample amount to earn an item drop. Also try to get pics (video if you have the ability) to show wheating in action so Support can see that you're not either not getting drops at all or that they're not going into your barn.

3 hour i just planted and harvested wheat, no bonus appear,my barn isn't full. I tried to remove and reinstall game, reset my device, on both iphone and ipad, nothing change, still not get bonus on harvest :(
So sad, I plant wheat to get bonus to sell it for money.
Before the lastest update, this bug was happen and the lastest was fix it!

This is a forum where sometimes game problems can be solved by those who've already found a solution, but it is not game technical Support.

If you wish to contact them, first tap on the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of your game screen. Tap Settings. Tap Help and Support. Look through the listed topics and choose one that is closest to your particular situation. In your case, probably General Game Play. Tap Contact US (upper left corner) and submit a description of your issue and any screenshots you may have to help them see the problem.

There is only so much that can be done through this forum. As meonhoc says, posting your device, OS version, etc may help garner specifics that can aid in figuring out why some are affected and others not. However, only by reporting in-game can Support get vital information within your device, game version, game logs that may help them solve this issue. If you've not yet done so, please place an in-game report by tapping on the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of your gaming screen and then Help and Support.

This is ridiculous. This update was purely designed to generate revenue for supercell from diamond purchases for Rose/Ernest. The 'helpers' are totally buggy and you are forced to use them (mr. Wicker relentlessly asks you to use them until you do). There's no option to disable the 'helper' while it screws up your derby tasks.

And now, no bonus drops for harvesting (the primary way to collect tools and grow your farm). Is this to also try to force us to spend diamonds for the 'lumber jack' offer? Why does this update seem to be solely a greedy money grab by supercell that has had mostly negative effects on the game??

No, this is an unexpected glitch. Only some users are affected. I'm still getting my drops and never had any disruption, which is the same for most players.

Unfortunately, the helpers was a major change to the game and just like any major change, there will be unexpected and even seemingly unrelated bugs. This particular one may not have anything to do with any of the updates, major or minor. It could be a user error of something obscure so not noticeable, it could be a coincidental glitch that has nothing to do with any updates, it could be related to any number of things or related to none.

Yes, it's terribly frustrating to have all of these glitches. Everyone is frustrated but just as past updates, things will get fixed and things will get into a stable routine.

Also, to get "Mr Wicker" to stop bugging you (drove me nuts till I accidentally shut him off), tap on the house but DON'T tap on either Rose or Ernest when they pop up. Instead, tap the red X to close their screen without hiring them. Once you tap the house, they popup, and you close their hiring screen, the "!" on the house disappears and so does "Mr. Wicker".

So it seems like getting the two new helpers might fix the issue? I'm pretty close so I could just go for xp to level up and get them. Even if I don't want to use them.

I have the exact same problem. Some say it might be related to the two new helpers as it seems to only hit people who don't have access to them yet (regardless if higher level farms have actually used them). I'm close to level 33 and will try to get there and see if it makes any difference. If I remember, I'll come back here and post the result.

No. Clicking the Red X does not get rid of Mr. Wicker. And if you click Rose or Ernest you only get the option to "Ok. Lets give it a try." So yes, you are *forced* to use the 'helpers' or forever deal with Mr. Wicker harassing you to.
