why SC not add base coping idea?

Hi,SC.why u dont add base coping feature or a NEW OFFICIAL APP ? ( only for clash of clans )

the base-copying idea has already been given, and yes I agree on that.
I don't get the part of the 'new official app'? What should this app do?

I agree transformer, I think an additional app with these features is required for chatting and clan war breakdown etc. It would make the clan war experience immense. The Base copying is a tricky one though. Maybe have a longer timeout for challenges if a Base is copied? To expand on this maybe be better with more Base presets instead of 3 of each maybe 5 of each would make this better
