Building suggestion: the Bought Treasury (plus suggestion to Clan Castle Treasury)

As widely known, current treasury has an inconvience such that if you choose to collect resources from it, you have to collect all resources at once. This suggestion has a new building suggestion (the Bought Treasury) and a modification to the treasury system.

The Bought Treasury is a building, however not considered as a resource building, because no resources can be stolen from it. It can be built at the beginning of the game, costs 500 gems to build, and can hold 100 million gold, 100 million elixir, and 1 million dark elixir. Resources bought in the shop, either via the "treasure" section or special offer packs, are stored in the Bought Treasury rather than the storages.

Spending resources (for example, upgrading a building) can be re-worked like this. You don't collect resources from the Treasury or Bought Treasury. They are spent when you try to spend resources.

For example, if you upgrade a building which costs 8000000 gold, and you have 7000000 gold in your storages and at least 1000000 in your Treasury, you'll be informed:
"Upgrade this building with 7000000 gold in your storages and 1000000 gold in your treasury?"
If you have 6000000 gold in your storages, 1000000 in your Treasury and at least 1000000 in your Bought Treasury, you'll be informed:
"Upgrade this building with 6000000 gold in your storages, 1000000 gold in your Treasury, and 1000000 gold in your Bought Treasury?"
If you have 5000000 gold in your storages, 1000000 in your Treasury and 1000000 in your Bought Treasury, you'll be informed:
"You're still missing 1000000 gold even with all the gold in your storages, Treasury and Bought Treasury. Buy the missing 1000000 gold with 600 gems?"

Spending resources in storages take priority, then the Treasury, and finally the Bought Treasury.
If the Bought Treasury is full, the excess resources you buy will fill the Treasury, and if the Treasury is also full, then the storages(can exceed maximum capacity). However, the Treasury and the storages are lootable.

Ehm, 100 million? Really? That's waaaay too much you know? 1 mil dark, that's enough to buy a queen and upgrade all lvls up to and including lvl 18!

Well, quite a lot pay for this game. Therefore, it might be useful.

I'm only against the amount of storagable loot. The idea might be fine.

I mean 100 million STORAGE capacity for the Bought Treasury. When you buy the Bought Treasury building, it starts as empty.
You buy resources either with gems, or the resource pack with real money. Both types of bought resources go into the Bought Treasury and are unlootable.
For example you can pay 3000 gems to add 10 million gold to the Bought Treasury.
By buying the Bomb Tower pack, you get a built Bomb Tower, gems and gold. The gold goes to the Bought Treasury.

Considering the current amount of resources that a special resource pack has, a future $99.99 resource pack is highly likely to contain 100 million gold or elixir. The Bought Treasury should be large enough to hold the bought resources.

Currently there's a problem:
Bought resources (either directly with gems or in a resource pack) are lootable. This should be fixed.

Are there really people who would buy resources worth 100 dollars? (I mean in one purchase)
I do spend money on the game yes, but not that much.
If you say yes, I'll believe you, but I still think that those people should get a life :p

Remember that the packs give the NORMAL amounts of gems, PLUS the resources.
For example, a town hall 9 pack contains 10 million gold, 100k dark elixir and 1200 gems and costs $9.99.
Note that normally you buy 1200 gems with $9.99.
Therefore, it's reasonable for a $99.99 pack to contain the NORMAL 14000 gems PLUS 100 million gold, 1 million dark elixir.

Its not that your calculation's wrong, but who the hell would spend that on such a game as this in one go?
