I have been playing with this phone for 2 years but after the update it stucked in Loading... screen.
Reinstall didn't help.
Then I re-set the phone to "factory default" and now the Play Store says:
"YOUR DEVICE ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION".
What the hell has happened to my phone???
Please help! I don't have money for an another device...
Meanwhile, not to forget I'm opted-in in the derby, thanx to new update...

Ok, try these steps:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
3. Re-install the game
5. Clear Google Play Cache AND Data (https://nuancemobility.zendesk.com/h...Cache-and-Data)
4. Force quit all apps running in the background
5. Restart your device
6. Launch Hay Day
I hope this helps! Also, make sure you have the latest OS installed for your device.

AppStore says:
"YOUR DEVICE ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION".
So how on earth could I make the 3rd step? (Re-install the game)
What Android version are you using? Hay Day needs at least version 4.0.3 and up.
It's possible that you need to do a software upgrade of android after going back to Factory Default. Go to Settings - About Phone - Software Update.

Do you have the Facebook app installed? If so, try to see what happens if you uninstall it.
I found out most problems with apps, on my phone and tablet which have an older android version, occur with the Facebook app installed. If it's pre-installed, then just remove all updates and disable the app.
Reboot your device after removal and try to run Hay Day again.

Thus perhaps it's got something to do with certain carrier(s) that sold this phone and is it only limited to these types of S3's. Just guessing here, cause it isn't happening with all S3's
Or it has something to do with a pre-installed app that's causing all the problems. My husbands S5 Neo for instance received an in-app message to install some app before continuing, after the Halloween update, and this was only cause the first install of Hay Day happened through Samsung apps and not Google Play.
So as you can see, not all blame is with SC and/or the update. There are so many reasons why an app stops working or has issues then an update alone. But still....it's obvious something is buggy in this last update, due to all the problems occuring. Perhaps the game is getting too intensive for certain hardware configuration.
But hey, I'm just guessing...:)

Actually, too much phones, tablets (even routed, factory re-set devices) suffer from problems and only after the update...
Not to mention the new "functions" itselves, waste of time and diamonds...
