Explain why ideas are ruled out?

Can Supercell employees please explain why some amazing ideas are currently ruled out? Thanks!

Which ideas are amazing then, and ruled out?
If you'd be more specific, someone could probably explain ;)

The ideas are ruled out(accd to me) because the people continuously request for their addition and supercell doesn't want to add it in the game.

There are always reasons why something should/could not be added to the game. Sometimes its too hard to implement, sometimes it'd cost too much storage, sometimes it'd imbalance the game.
There's always a reason why SC doesn't want to add them, not only because they are requested too often.

Yea yea I was checking most of them was very bad ideas. U can say some was worst. I didn't checked much but still all I checked was like written by kids. That's why they are not added, idea should be like that everybody loves it to be in game its not like for their self. Update launch for just 1 person. Anyway keep posting who knows next day u woke up and start playing game with ur idea!

Ahem. We need to know the cost of our troops to calculate the amount of elixir to loot in order to cover our expenses.

ahem, you can calculate that yourself, can't you?

You know your troops, just make a sum. X times costs of troop 1 + X times costs of troop 2....

That's about convenience, some kind of. Of course I can calculate it by my own. But is it really so hard to do that? The programming efforts of Supercell should be less than the total efforts made by all players just to calculate the cost

Or in economics, economy of scale.
