im not so worried that there is an iOS issue (sh*t happens!!) but at least let us play the game without the update. I may not be too keen in what's offered, but PLEASE let me get to my farm! Got some very hungry animals waiting for me, lol!
Technically not possible. Servers deny older versions of the game due possible mismatches which would crash the servers.Quote:

Nick, if this lack of iOS update carries on, will we get some extra time to use the free trial of our new helpers, as we are losing out on that at the moment? Thanks
^ I was thinking of that too but then I thought perhaps their "timer" for the free trial would only start once we can update and open up our game? I hope so otherwise I do hope we get extra time

I'm shocked that I'm still locked out of the game because of this update. It it taking way way too long....I don't EVER remember being locked out for this long because of an update. This can't be normal.
I'm not locked out. I'm on the east coast of the states.
I have this thing, I can't stand for the animals on my farm to not have food. I'm so irritated by it that, if I visit another farm, I won't buy from or help that farm if their animals are lying on the ground from being hungry or especially if they have dogs or cats wandering around hungry.
I now have pigs and cows without food.
I realize that I am sounding like a nut. But I lost everything on my dairy and sugar queue and now I have sick looking animals. This is really irritating.
I wish that I had known that I didn't have to start the free trial. I just want those 2 off of my farm.
I have not been able to play hayday for about 3 hours, so much for updates. I have missed 2 runs from Tom, but hey ho, I can waste my diamonds when I do finally get back into the game on useless helpers and a wood cutter who also wants diamonds, I don't think so lol

I agree 100%! Supercell knows who has Tom & should be able to extend him another day. No need for the thousands of us (I'm assuming) that have Tom to individually contact Supercell.Quote:

The whole situation is odd. If it would be the first time - ok. Even second or third time would be acceptable. But I stopped counting this ways after the 3rd, 4th or fifth time...
So get your programmers waked up and spread that farms can be entered w/o the new, nifty-nafty update!
