At least let us play the game

While SC works out its issues with iOS, the App Store or Apple we should at least be given the option to play our game without updating. Android is up and running with its update.

Agreed ~ I'm expected a present of 1,000 gems for the massive downtime - then I might actually use the helpers

I agree. Don't have much down time today and I'd love to get my hay day fix before starting my day.

im not so worried that there is an iOS issue (sh*t happens!!) but at least let us play the game without the update. I may not be too keen in what's offered, but PLEASE let me get to my farm! Got some very hungry animals waiting for me, lol!

Technically not possible. Servers deny older versions of the game due possible mismatches which would crash the servers.

The update button was pressed several hours ago, but for some reason it takes longer than normal to appear in the App Store.

Nick, if this lack of iOS update carries on, will we get some extra time to use the free trial of our new helpers, as we are losing out on that at the moment? Thanks

^ I was thinking of that too but then I thought perhaps their "timer" for the free trial would only start once we can update and open up our game? I hope so otherwise I do hope we get extra time

Hi! Don't worry, you manually activate them. You could save their free trials if you'd like to! Press them and press confirm to get them for free for a week, if you don't they won't start :)

The free trial (helpers) kicks in when you hire them, not when the update was released. :)

How about timers for other stuff, e.g. Tom? Are they on pause? I'm guessing not because that would have started up again when the updated version went live with Android.
