When I open the game, when it's "loading" the game crash and close automatically.
I tried to Uninstall and clear cache, install again. But I still have the problem.
Can't play on that phone now. Great.

Ok, try these steps:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
3. Re-install the game
5. Clear Google Play Cache AND Data (https://nuancemobility.zendesk.com/h...Cache-and-Data)
4. Force quit all apps running in the background
5. Restart your device
6. Launch Hay Day

I'm also having problems. I've reinstalled 4 times. I've clreared data and cache. I'm using galaxy tab 2. Finally got game to load but it keeps freezing and all my horses, rabbits and people are black squares. I don't know what else to do either
I also have galaxy note 5 which it is working on. Just nit working on tablet

Been trying on and off for 3 hours to try and play game and shuts down after a few seconds. I've done everything you suggested. Still not working. Not impressed.

Also, something that is noteworthy is that when the Halloween update was installed my ability to watch the movies for diamonds and other goodies resulted in numerous crashes
Just wanted to say that after the update I have had app crash on my HTC 10 (Marshmallow) and my HTC Nexus 9 (Nougat). I can't reproduce it at will, but it has happened several times over the course of the day.
I had the game open and played for a bit and then either switched to another app for a bit or put the phone down for a period. Upon attempting to launch the game again, all I get is a black screen.

Hey I also have a s3 and I can't play because of this problem. It's only device I have to play. Please fix it.

Same here, Samsung S7 Android 6.0.1, note i can play a new game local on the phone, but when i try to load my "facebook farm" it keeps reload until i get "Unable to connect to server, please try again later" or something (another langauge)

Same problem here. Since the update, I can not play on my Ipad. I can log in (but it takes several minutes to log in) and then in about 30 seconds the game crashes. I am not having any problems on my IPhone though..but I would rather play on my Ipad.
I've done these steps many times and still no luck. I uninstalled and got the tutorial at the beginning if the game but then it just freezes on the same screen. Please help
It is not a problem of free space or software version The problem is the last updateso far I have not had any problems with any updates, in the same terminal and the software you have, I do not think that all we have the same problem either by the terminal or space or software something wrong there with the update, and with other terminals where if you upgraded without problems the game is chaos is seriously wrong or derbies or the period or the point of sale, so it's your problem not ours.
Any word IF or when this will be fixed?
Is there a fix in sight?
I would also like to add my experience with Hay Day as I am hoping this will help with a solution.
I play on an Ipad 2 16GB. I was able to install the latest update on Monday. After the update, it was very difficult to get into the game. I kept getting hung up at the "clouds" screen and then it would crash. After several attempts I was able to make it past the "clouds" and enter my farm. However, after about 30 seconds the game crashes whether I am doing any type of activity or not. I have not been able to stay logged in for more than 30 seconds.
I am able to log in and play on my IPhone 6 with no problems or crashes. My Ipad has about 5.5 GB of free space. I read where you need 6GB free space for the game to run properly and I have deleted just about everything that I can, but I just can not remove anything else to get to 6 GB free...remember this is only 16 GB and I need my Ipad for other things besides playing this game. The game still crashes within 30 seconds even after freeing up space.
My IPhone 6 only has 250 MB of free space and I do not have any problems logging in and playing on it, even with such little free space available. So I do not attribute the crash issues to amount of free space.
Prior to this most recent update, I did the Halloween update and I noticed the game would take a very long time to log into my farm and then the game would crash about 10 - 15 minutes into the game (at least I was able to play though) Again my IPhone had no problems or crashes after the Halloween update. I never had any problems or issues with the game crashing prior to this Halloween update.
I also play Clash Royale by SC and I noticed about a month ago, that game will crash on my Ipad about 15 minutes into the game. This happens no matter what I am doing in that game...battleing, spectating, etc. In this game it is very frustrating for the game to crash in the middle of a battle because you almost certainly lose the battle and trophies etc. so I began to set a timer and when I get close to 15 minutes logged in I force close the game and log back in again. This has helped some, but the game occasionally will stil crash in under 15 minutes. Again, I can play this game on my IPhone with no problems or issues. I do not recall exactly when the CR crash began and if it was or wasn't linked to an update.
These are the only 2 SC games that I play, so I do not know if I would experience crashing on any of their other games. I do not have any crashing or problems on my Ipad with any other games or apps other than these 2.
I hope this information helps in finding some type of solution.
I have the exact same problem with Hay Day not loading on my Samsung Galaxy S3 since the latest update!! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting my phone, and closing and uninstalling apps not being used, and it still won't load. I've seen where SEVERAL people with an S3 are having this problem. I do have the latest software on my phone too. Hay Day worked fine until the latest update, so it's not our phones, it's a glitch on your update. And I can't afford to get a new phone just to play a game I enjoy playing. This is very frustrating!!!!
I just receive an answer for support and are bad news. They tell me that my samsung s3 is too old now to play Hay Day. If i wanna play I will need another device 😢😢😢😢😢😢Quote:

Why wouldn't it run on a S3. My tablet has android version 4.2.2 and Hay Day is running. A bit sluggish now and then, but it''s running. And it's also running on my S3, with android version 4.3.

Same here. Wife and I have Straight Talk S3's. Neither will load after the last update. Tried all the things suggested on mine. Stalls on the "loading" screen. Hope someone at SC is working on a fix.
Why is it taking so long to correct this...
I have a bit of an issue now too. My device crashes quite often when I try to load the game. Other times it'll just get stuck on the loading screen without crashing the whole device. For me, it started AFTER the mini update on Friday, when the horrible graphics were introduced and everything was supposed to run more smoothly. Before that I had the occasional crash, but nowhere near as frequently. The mini update has made things so much worse!
Once I'm in the game, sometimes things run smoothly, other times there's a horrible lag, the likes of which I had never experienced before the mini update.
Battery goes down much faster now than it did before. I would have thought lower-quality graphics would put less strain on the battery? HayDay is the only thing running most of the time.
My Android version is 4.4.2.
Personally on my tablet with Android 5.0, with the lower graphics, the battery last two three times longer! Which I appreciate! And the game run smoother and faster. But yeah. The graphics are ccrappy and pixelated!Quote:

It seems back to normal for me now, Nick. It's a lot smoother to play, like what I was used to before. I'm noticing a real difference when visiting other players' farms through the DD - that's where I got a horrible lag sometimes. Will have to see if there are any more regular crashes, but for now, I'm hopeful. Thank you! :)

Try testing on Galaxy S3s that are designed for the Sprint network. They are not the same as other S3s.

My S3 is still crashing on load as well.
It has been a week and still cannot get on. I have a Straight Talk Samsung S3. This is getting pretty ridiculous.
Tried again today at 8:00 EST. Installs, runs through the story screens, and crashes. Same as usual.

I imagine there are a lot of Galaxy S III's out there since it was a top seller. It wouldn't make sense for them to abandon that much of their clientele, I would think.
Yes, they are still big sellers here. Help n support aren't responding to anymore to. Just the same old here's the requirements and not all phones will work anymore. I think they are "done" and that is their final response. BLAH. Oh well, can't make them... they will continue making game bigger and bigger for $$$ cha ching. I been playing for years. Remember when there were no neighborhoods? Lonnngggg time.
At this point, I don't expect to play on my phone again until I get a new one.

I'm having a slightly different issue with the startup of the game. Also on Android (Motorola G4 plus). If I've played the game and the phone has been in sleep mode for a while and I want to turn it on again, it hangs, even if I've removed it from the "open apps". It won't even go to the start screen where it says "Supercell". It waits for a while and then I get the option of closing the background service of the app since the app isn't responding and after that, it works fine to start the game again. But a little annoying to have to go through the same procedure every time.
It worked just fine until the last update. Done everything on the bullet list as well.

I am having this same issue on iPad. Updated iOS and game. It generally takes me 3 tries to get into the game. I have plenty of available space on my machine. It is a third generation ipad
