ONETH9 musthave valkyria lvl 3 (for war) :caticon:
TH8 musthave level 3 dragons + earthquake. (for war) :caticon:

Other general requirements are:
1.That you keep a reasonable donation ratio
2. You must sitout one full war search after joining to prevent clan hoppers
3.You must use 3 star strategies in war
4. You must attacksomeone you can get 3 star (generally your town hall level), but notnecessarily your mirror
5. War Base anti dragon
