Any strong th 9+ want to make a clan together?

Was just wondering if there are any strong clashers(preferably adults) out there that are good in war and are interested in starting a clan together. We won't necessarily be starting from lv 1. I have 2 accounts, 1 being a solid th 9 with 43 heroes combined and the other is engineered. Have a few friends good at war who might be interested if we get enough members. Your message is vague with respect to the level your "new" clan would be. At this point in the evolution of Clash of Clans it is silly to start a clan that is less than level 8. Join an existing clan.
