Meet the Barbarian
Was thinking about a possibility to introduce new music for Clash of Clans... But that's a different post.
I suddenly began to think on not only new music but perhaps a new way to advertise the game and give it some more personality!
Much like the animated shorts presented by Valve for their game, Team Fortress 2, Supercell should create short videos (5 minutes more or less) about each unit! In a small series of "Meet the-insert troop name-" the troop can introduce itself, or something to the rhythm, again, like Team Fortress 2; footage of the troop in action, background music unique for the troop, small hints to the story behind each character and some parts of the game affiliated with the troop! (Such as a Wizards affiliation on the battlefield as well as on the tower, in the Spell Factory and the lab)
If you don't completely understand what im trying to explain here follow this link to one of the videos released by Valve (this one about the Sniper, my personal favorite as shown in my signature).
Leave comments and criticisms, maybe even ideas on how each unit can be depicted!
***Please be advised Team Fortress 2 is a Rated-M game, and that I don't intend this to be an advertisement for the game or the company, or to show younger people a poor influencing game, this is just to explain my idea clearly!

Watch the video for a clearer idea of what I mean! If you can try to watch the 9 (one for each class) that have been released you will see a taste of the diversity in videos, mini-plot, music, etc.! Try to imagine a similar video tailored to Clash of Clans and the intended audience (in other words: family friendly!

I understand the idea but whats the point? What's in it for us? We don't get gems for it...
-
I think its a good idea if we get x gems for watching these advertisements, dont worry about shakeel as it appears he is a troll.

nice thing to watch to pass the time. +1

I didn't exactly think of it as a beneficial thing in a sense that we get gems for watching... Just like for Team Fortress 2, there's no benefit beyond time-killing, a laugh, or just some background on the characters we use. Personally I'd enjoy a little personality flare for a game I play heavily.

If its an ad, the if they click it and start playing, they should get extra gems on starting.
if it in game, lets have it. i need to kill time.
