When people leave the clan they can put a reason.

So like when you press leave the clan, a box shows up if you want to put a reason for leaving, ect, no one donated to me.

so when you leave it says

jimbob2000 left the clan, beacause,
no one donated to me.

i think it's a good idea and will let people know why they've left so they could try and get them back. It will also help point out issues in the clan so they can be fixed.

What's the point? If they want to leave your clan let them, its a bit sad to go running after them to "get them back".

Anyone who leaves my clan is not welcome back anyway.

i get the impression you are one of the guys on global chat that begs people to join your clan, to be brutally honest, it is pathetic!

I started a clan and it took me 2 days to get 50 members, i kicked people without a shield as this shows inactivity. More people join and more people leave, now 10 days after starting clan i have 45 members who have each already donated over 300 with 7 people donated over 2000.

i did this using a simple tactic that ANYBODY can do. I did not go on global chat once!

Thats not the point, read the whole idea first. What he's asking is for a reason as to why someone left so u don't make the same mistake twice.

Its just a clan, not a job interview! Does he really need feedback on his performance in a game?

after seeing the attitude of a lot of players and especially the players which left a clan - i wouldn't give them the chance to show their non-behviour or non-education.

I agree thinks for leaving a clan must be solved before leaving the clan - everything afterwerds is wasting time and developing capacities.
i'm not interested in why someone is leaving if this guy will not tell me before what is going on!

Nice. So at least we don't have to explain to other people why "that guy" left. But this only affect people that care with their clan member or elder.

So you actually don't care if the strongest guy in you clan or the most loyal elder in your clan suddenly left without any reason?
