So, It could be a new building, called The Troop HQ or whatever i don't care what its called. It would br kindof like barracks and army camps and troops donations, in the waynyou upgrade it to make it have more space, im thinking a starting space of like 15 and + 5 space for each upgrade. Starting HP : 300 And you have to have the troop trained to use it, because they go from your barracks to your Troop defense building. And as soon as a troop or hero gets in range of it. The Range should be like 10 tiles.

With this idea, the whole 'work together in a clan' by asking troops for defence will collapse.
