Petition to change clone spell color

I get supercell has an obsession with making spells with a bluish color, but I'm getting irritated when I'm in an attack and I accidentally use freeze rather than clone. Would it kill supercell to give it a different color? Pink? Silver? Yellow? I don't care, but the blue obsession needs to go. There's already clone, freeze, and lightning strike (fortunately, no one uses this one).

I think instead of making supercell change the color of a spell because you messed up on placement, You should be more careful and pay more attention to the attack

^This. The color scheme is fine as it is. I can understand one getting confused with clone and freeze sometimes but that can easily be avoided by being a tad bit more careful.
Also, a lot of people use lightning to take out an AD along with an EQ for air attacks.
I say that the clone spell is the least used "Blue spell".

Ahh the simpleton apologist. When you use these spells frequently in war at th11 and never make an error differentiating them, I'll take your word for it. I doubt you've ever experienced this situation though. When you're in the core of a base with infernos and cc coming at you, it's MUCH more convenient to know spells based on color rather than shades of a specific color that do not stand out against each other. It's such a simple fix and a moderately reasonable request.

Since the update, I've been using clone. Perhaps the reason this issue never came to the forefront is because literally no one ever used the crutty spell before. I'm using it, and I must say, it's pretty good. I'm still not sure if I'd prefer two more rages over a clone for my bowlers, but it's pretty darn close. I'm getting 60-70% on maxed th11's with it.

I've dropped rage spell on enemy cc troop instead of poison. Not because of the colors either, you get rushed, it happens, move on. :)

That's a mistake. Not even close to a comparison to clone vs freeze. They're both not different shades of blue, but different shades of light blue. Quite easy to mix them up in an intense moment!

i never confused the blue of clone and freeze, but i won't exactly mind either since it doens't matter much to me

I really hate it when people say do this better, blah blah blah.

Never used the clone but OP has a point, it is very similar, there is no reason whatsoever why this couldn't have been a different colour. In the heat of a raid, mistakes are made, no need to make it easier to make that mistake.

I agree with OP thought about making my own thread on the subject. I've never selected the wrong one in attack but have brewed the wrong one countless times. Maybe the quick train fixed that but they look way too much alike. Make them different colors ��
