Introduction.
Mad scientists is a new war clan which was made by a group of friends from a former clan with more than a years clan leading experience. The clan is new and has less than 10 members but we have a new idea . We want to make our clan a new global idea.
Our idea
Our idea is to make our clan as a central clan for various other clans. We plan to make continental clans administrated by us.
Each continental clan will administrate national clans

We need th 7 above active experienced players .also they should be ready to take responsibility for the newer clans . They must be maxed or should have been maxed up before.
