Can I participate with my king upgrading?
I am in a war. I will be in eligible when the event is held. Can we do friendly wars when in a clan war?
I will be really disappointed if I cannot participate in the event. Please tell I can.

You are NOT required to have all the troops/spells/heroes available to use. However, their space will have to be left empty.
Witches don't fit evenly into any CC. Will fillers be allowed?
