How to make Tom to work more efficiently?

Tom just needs to learn that he will only get his two-hour nap if he makes the effort to find nine items :p

or you can just set the timer on the clock ap on your device for 2 hours, then you will hear the alarm no matter what you are doing.

i agree, swapping the item requested for another does seem to help jog Tom into bringing 9 items.
