Co position up for grabs as well as anyone else who wants to join

We are looking for a co leader(as well as anyone else) to help us out with our clan. We already have one of two but it dosent matter which responsibility they have. So you can choose which one you want. Either you would be in charge of war or you would be in charge of recruiting. I am hesitant to promote to co right away since a lot of damage can be done if it's given to the wrong type of person so you'll come in as a elder(with co responsibility of your chosing) until you prove trustworthy.

Our clan dosent have many rules(they are enforced by kicking out if broken constantly)we ask that if your war status is green in war you use your attacks.
Also if you have received hundreds of donations you have to have more than just a few donations(only exception is if they are a 2nd account and your main account donates makeing up for the 2nd accounts)

we are level 7 clan
We war back to back
We are Waring with 10 to 15 people
We still are in rebuilding stage(started back up from scratch about a month)
Eventually I want to build a 2nd clan to filter who comes into this clan.
