Its not really clear what you want that movie to be like.
If you'd come up with what the movie should be about, maybe they'd consider it, now its just an unclear plan.
I mean similar to the ones published by COC as Commercial clips (but to have a complete story about different villages where the troops are living and how they get attacked by an other village)
for sure that should have Good animation and nice story with attractive scenario..
It does sound nice to me, It would defenitely be fun!
Whether its realistic to really make it a cinema movie, I'm not sure. But maybe they could make a series of it, short episodes of about 15 minutes, one coming up every week?
