Bring back 20 gem boost cost

Now, I wouldn't be having an issue in the first place if it wasn't for the fact that tropps come out of only one Barracks, this to me doesn't make sense because it just ruin the point of boosting and training troops in my opinion. The solution to this would be to bring back the 20 gem boost for all 4 barracks and each barrack would be training troops while still keeping the quick train but to avoid how op this could be we should be charged extra 20k to 35k elixir per army we keep on quick training but if we don't quick train it then there shouldn't be additional prices.
