The obelisk (defensive structure)

appearance: tall black tower with gold or emerald colored lines/hieroglyphs on it. Takes up a 2x2 space.
Effect: can do one of three things depending on what it is loaded with:
with gold: sends a shockwave throughout the base that slows the movement of all troops. Effect lasts for 3 seconds at lv 1. Fires every 10 seconds.
With elixir: sends a shockwave throughout the base that gives all buildings immunity to all damage for 3 seconds. Fires every 20 seconds.
With dark elixir: sends a shockwave throughout the base that does 20 points of damage to all units, then does lingering damage of 2.5% of troops maximum health per second for 10 seconds. Fires every 30 seconds.
Edit: adding loading costs at level 1 and level 2
Lv 1: 75,000 Gold/Elixir, 500 Dark Elixir
Lv 2: 100,000 Gold/Elixir, 600 Dark Elixir
At full ammunition, the Obelisk can be active for a total of 10 minutes.
I'd like to see if someone would be willing to make some edits to this for balance.
Well thought out, but needs to be balanced.
This is an original idea, and I love that. However most of these stats, dark elixir especially, have to be balanced so it isn't OP. Also, would it unlock the stronger buffs by upgrading it to level 2 and so on?
