Need Co-Leaders for Rebuilding Lv10 War Clan

I have a Lv10 war clan that went inactive but I am going to rebuild it. Currently there is 2 members in it, both of which are my accounts (TH10's - not rushed). I am looking for some experienced players who want to help me lead this clan from the start. You must be active and patient. The higher level you are and number of war stars you have the better. Leadership experience is always nice. I would be interested to hear any ideas you have for growing the clan full of active, donating members.
