Hoping to recommend this game again to friends soon :)

I'm not walking away but hope to awake some people at S.C. I'm that kind of person that hopes something is going to change because of keeping in discussion instead of leaving.

I know, another negative posting.... It's raining outside and i'm in a depression too....

I used to recommend this game. It was renewing, it had great ideas, it was easy playing, just needing to have patience. I think i bought in the 3 years i'm playing about 120 euro's worth of diamonds, to support the game. Hey... if i'm playing a game i like i'm willing to pay for it.

As it is right now,

* town standing still for 2 years,
* fishing area standing still for 1 year (yeeh Ducksalon),
* just 2 new machines added this year and a few crops.
* Anniversary big disappointment because Gregs deco's weren't in event but must be bought
* Drag and drop just dropped whilst SC originated the mess
* Halloween no new deco at all (perhaps some diamond deco to buy)
* Still no dairy upgrade and sugar upgrade being asked for years now

It seems like SC isn't listening to us, has lost his creativity and i will not recommend it to play for years anymore.

Next update must be huge to put me over the border again.

I am hearing this a lot - but in fairness, over 3 years I have heard this a lot!

I still am having fun with hay day, and if you look at the forum, there are lots of new players here. However, these observations (and the ones in the other 'Creative Team fired?' thread) are not without merit, and I hope that SC is paying attention.

What would you like like to see specifically? Let's get some concrete ideas together and post in Ideas - I'm always looking over there.

I'll start: I would like different fall-colored trees I can buy in the shop for vouchers or coins (not too much advancement in price for each one if coins) and keep fall on my farm for a longer time.

I have to agree with all your points. I am very very disappointed with the Halloween update! I still play, but with less enthusiasm. Decorations you can only get with diamond packages is a big turn off! I am starting to think that SC realty is not interested in Hay Day any more. If Christmas and Spring are not significantly better, I may pack up the truck, and give the farm back to the bank!!

I'm starting to think they might give up Hay Day. Because it looks like they aren't investing in it anymore.

Mind you, I'm not bored. I loved the last update with the new products and new Derby tasks. I love the atumn theme on my farm, just as I loved it last year and the year before and the coming of autumn in RL every year. I'm not clamouring for more land (I have enough) or more fishgrounds (I have enough) or more dairies or sugar mills (this is a ressource management game, isn't it?) or more machines (where should I hide those??:confused:) or more emphasis on town (I use it, very successfully, but I don't love it).

I'm often sceptical or disapproving of some of the bigger changes SC has made to Hay Day, because they make Hay Day more like CoC and increase the stress or the addiction problem. So, I don't belong the group clamouring for bigger new features.

But I'm worried to see that SC has not deemed it worth their effort to look into the problems we have reported, spedifically, to adress the BIG problem about the loss of Game Center functionalities, and has not even troubled to design a new Halloween decoration for this event. It really looks like they are no longer investing in Hayday. :saywhat::(

Sadly, I too am taking a bit of a hiatus. I hope it is only for a short while. As opposed to one HUGE update, I would love to see several smaller updates with interesting new content in each one. Something to peak the interest for higher level farmers. Something to work towards or something new and intriguing to fiddle with. I recently joined clash and they have a cool very specific search feature that lets you get specific about what type of clan (hood) you are looking for, why can't HD have something like that?

The one thing that clogs the game play up for me and make it no fun is the dairy. I need a second dairy desperately. A reversal machine available at higher levels where you can stick product from your supply in and get back what it was made up of would be amoozingly fun. Lower levels get tons of stuff every time they level up......I've been there, there was something to look forward to EVERY level, new machines or new products or both. I've been living on a land plot and diamonds for so long now, I just need something more.

We need goals SC something new and interesting. Sorry I'm not usually a complainer, but I can feel my interest slipping away from me and I don't want to lose the enjoyment that I get from this game that I love.

IMO it was very telling that the Hallowe'en update slipped in without the usually agony of Nick's Sneak Peeks. An update without sneak peeks just screams "Can't be bothered". As I said in a much earlier post, the update where they dumped so much stuff on us really felt like they were clearing their desks and moving on to something else.

What Hallowean update are you referring to that 'has just been slipped in' ??? I'm not aware of anything apart from the boring Halloween theme change which is not an update. In a previous post Nick has stated a 'big update is coming soon' - that is what we are all waiting for and there have been no sneek peaks at all for that as yet.

I have been playing for 2 and a half years now and am so frustrated with the state of the game. I sit firmly on the side that definitely does want more land and more fishing areas and do not consider the game one of resource management but one of expansion. I hate the fact that my farm is all crushed up and I cannot display my stored items, give us more land, why not?, what's the problem? Is it a server issue if so tell us and rectify it.

Please give us higher level players something to do with our thousands of useless vouchers and unwanted deeds, mallets and stakes not to mention the worthless town expansion items. And yes I have donated everything to my neighbourhood farms who are now all maxed out so now just give away everything in the rss. The game I'm afraid is dying for us.

I agree with most of the things tat op has posted. I see updates every month in coc and cr. Sc has said all the teams are almost same size. So if these two teams can provide contents often then why not hayday? I always doubt SC not giving enough room for hayday or they dont pay the team well enough i guess. I love this game alot but it has become stale. Business wise, they want more new players n i think tats wat they r working on but for us its dead end. Atleast hayday could have shown the end after level 100 n give the rest of the levels as bonus so tat we wont complain. Town had so much potential to make it look like a sims game. Add residential buildings, police station, fire station, etc oops it might take alot of memory but it will be a whole new thing for the peeps. Assume tat it will unlock at level 100 but watever they do now it will get old in few weeks coz most of em have past tat level. Interest comes wen we have to thrive for it. SC made a mistake by not adding stuffs regularly. All the best to SC and HD.

Ditto. I was disappointed to say the least. This was the time of year we looked forward to updates, new things and just all those sneak peeks for what felt like weeks on end. None of that has happened. Is there a closed sign on the door to headquarters? I will continue to play but I am a bit sad that SC has just sort of wandered away from us. I keep looking for new ways to play the game, but.............

Nobody is home at Super Cell and things are imploding all around Hay Day Land!!! Wow!!

Time to pack up the truck and give the farm back to old Uncle "what's his name"......???
