would be far too OP.
In order for someone to rent something out to someone else, that first someone must own said thing. No one owns their builders, or any other thing in this game, therefore they cannot be rented out. It'd be pretty silly for people to make money on something that isn't theirs
As this would decrease the number of gems spent (5th builder hut and finishing things early), no way it ever happens.

you can do it now, for a 1000 gems you get the 4th builder and for 2000 gems you can get a 5th one and rent them forever.
