Having a feature of clan bank will take this game to new heights... I have some thoughts about it..... The clan bank works as a real life bank.... Chiefs can deposit their gold coins and elixir in the clan bank with some interest but upto a certain limit... Other clan members can take loan from the clan bank

Nope. Trading/exchanging resources in any way is ruled out by Supercell
Developers!!!!! ...... I'll call it a nice feature.... It'll make the game more interesting. You can make a bit of changes in your policy
