be polite in global and be strict at your clan rules

People will come and go, and you have to be ok with that as you strive to find a group of like-minded members. Be clear with your philosophies/rules, and don't waiver. People who join and disagree aren't a fit for your clan, so let them know that there are tons of other clans for them to try out. Also, even with a good core group, there will be differing opinions. It's good to be open to new ideas, but don't try to please everyone.
