You should give the attacker the chance to pillage the defenders gem box, if they have not collected it. It would keep players on the game more often then not. Just a suggestion.

I think that should happen just not take all of the players gems just take like half or something
Gem box is the most thing the you can gain gems from complimentary. It's definitely one of the things that makes you come back to the game. Personally, I suggest to let the attacker steal around 5 gems from the gem box only. So defender will remove it and get the rest 20 gems. Liked it!
Yes, this would definitely make players check the game more......
But what if the gem box spawned when your asleep, and someone attacks you?
I can be active, but not that active, and I don't think you can either. Although this is just chance after all
