Are you sure? Or did you maybe not visit enough different farms to help? Or not water enough? We don't get one per thing we Water.
Why is it only 5? To me it seems like it isn't enough and should be by how many people you help during the day.
It has always been a max of 5 -- I don't know why that limit was set, but it has been this way since I started playing over 3 years ago :)

Hmmm I hadn't really thought anything of it and just figured maybe I saw it wrongly but I have noticed this a few times.
I thought I was imagining it! I always do at least 5 boats a day and some days I get just 2 or 3 tickets
You have to help A LOT more than 5 times to get 5 cards -
You don't get one ticket per thankyou with a limit of 5. Every thankyou has a chance of including a ticket. As Perky said, you need to help many times in order to get five tickets.Quote:

As Perky said you need to help a lot to get the 5. I always thought it was around 30 helps for the 5 but I may well be wrong. I am still getting 5 each day.
I've only received 3 for the past two days and I have helped well over 30 farms each day...
