Well that answers it.

With the update coming closer (sneak peeks already started) with new items, I think we all can be reassured that the creative team is still there working on the update.
This thread has been going around for a while and I think it's time to close it. I hope everyone had time to post their thoughts and for us, the point is taken: some players want more innovation, not necessarily just new machine and new products but more way to play a game (although already complex and hard to manage for some other players).
Furthermore, I would like to stress on the following:
The forum is meant for players to discuss with other players, and this is for all games. It is never meant to be player-developer team discussions. This could be no different than any Facebook group or fan forum out there. What we have here is organized discussion (in threads and forums - different format than other social media platform) and official info at the source when the time is right.
The only direct communication you can have with Supercell is through in-game Support - their dedicated tool to reply to every question players may have.
Player's feedback/idea posted on this forum will be read. If players post them on facebook or twitter, they will be read too. There are thousands of messages on all platform combined every day, it's impossible to reply to all of them. And when they start reply to one, it will never end. This takes away time to pass on the idea, summarize it and discuss with the team or to think about how to best implement an idea into the game.
Threads like this will not, and should not be the way to get info from the team. All threads should be read and ideas collected equally. Leaving a comment because the title is provocative only send the message that all the other threads are doing it the wrong way (since they don't get any comment from the team). Soon, the forum will turn into "who starts the thread that get a reply from Staff". It isn't healthy for discussions on the forum.
Sarcasm is still a form of mockery and is certainly not a way to have a constructive conversation with anyone, let alone hearing their thoughts. As a wise man once said: "Talk to people the way you want to be talked to".
So, please use the forum to discuss your ideas with respect to each other. Hay Day motto is "NEVER SAY NEVER" :o.
