You can control everything with TH LVL and storage and price
this is a small idea that I have for long time about war weight - rush - lopsided base and etc

this picture have a part of my idea for TH11 and it can use for other TH , in the begin people come with MAX gold frome previous TH
for ex : upgrade cost for TH10 to TH11 is 8 Million gold so player must upgrade all of storage in TH10
1.
in the begin game game know them as a TH10 in war because they don't have MAX storage for now
they can get new Defense and upgrade them without changing in war weight
2.after upgrading first storage game account player as a TH11 with 1 max storage
now player can buy EA and upgrade canon and wiz tower
the price for EA and canon and wiz tower must be under 9 Million gold and upper 8.5 Million gold
max capacity of all storage (3 LVL 11 storage + 1 Max storage ) must be under 9 Million gold
3.after upgrading 2 storage and increasing MAX Capacity to 9.5 Million player can build or upgrade tesla , mortar , bomb tower and archer tower
all of this building have price between 9 Million and 9.5 Million gold
same thing can happen for upgrading elixir storage with camp/laboratory/spell factory , getting hero , upgrading troops in laboratory
ware weight is based on :
weight for TH level + MAX gold capacity for defensive + MAX elixir capacity for offensive
in this system:
1.some people love war so they can rush with elixir storage(offensive war weight) for new level of heavy troops in laboratory
2.some love farm so they can rush with gold storage ( defensive ware weight) for better defense
